Meet Vanessa

While working in property management for a decade, Vanessa enjoyed helping people move into their first apartment homes and is now happy to help lead clients into home-ownership.
 
Vanessa moved to Richmond in 2005 to attend VCU and fell in love with the city. After graduating in 2009, she began a ten year career in property management, focusing mostly on affordable housing. Seeing the excitement and joy people felt moving into their own apartment homes made the transition from property management to real estate feel like a very natural move. Buying and selling a home is such an important and exciting life decision, and Vanessa is ready to help you navigate that process as Transaction Manager for the Harton Team’s clients.
 
Vanessa has lived in Church Hill for the past ten years and can be spotted all around the city with her partner, KJ, and their two kids, Max and Luna.
